Fort Myers CrossFit Games WOD Sun. 3/20/2011

Warm Up:
Jump Rope 10 min.
(Practice Double Unders)
Shoulder Stretches
10- Push Ups

Core Lift: Bench Press
6 x 10 x 235lbs.

WOD: 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 each
Handstand Push Ups
Pull Ups

(Not to be timed. Practice form & technique for handstand push ups. Use varying grips for the pull ups. NO KIPPING! Strict Pull Ups ONLY!)
