Stones 200, 210, 220, 240 (3 x’s each stone)
Yoke Carry Down & Back 315, 365, 415, 465
WOD: 4 rounds Timed!
Wall Ball Shots x 10
100’ Rope Sled Pull x 300 lbs.
Lunges Weighted x 10 each leg x 100 lbs.
